Secondary Schools In Sant Agustí Des Vedrà And Sant Joan De Labritja, Ibiza (Spain)
Both buildings are made with a precast structure of precast load-bearing walls of smooth white concrete, with 3 or 4 floors above ground level.
Each building is composed of two blocks joined by a precast canopy.
The portals are made with walls the height of a floor that are either solid or in the form of lintels on columns to facilitate moving between them. The decks are of prestressed hollow-core slabs, supported on the walls and the access stairways which are also precast with the hand railings integrated into the structure.
The façade walls have been equipped with holes for the windows and the chamfers, which have parasols and coping which complements the building as a whole.
