PACADAR's Building Construction Department encompasses a large selection of types of work which can be completed using precast concrete, and which we can divide into the following groups:
- Residential Building Construction: Single and multi-family housing.
- Industrial Building Construction: Buildings and Industrial sites.
- Heavy Industry: Refineries, Regasification Plants, Electricity Generation Plants (Thermal, Nuclear).
- Tertiary Building Construction: Offices, Shopping Centres, Parking.
- Non-residential centres: Sport Centres, Schools, Hospitals and Prisons.
- Water Treatment Plants: Purifiers and Desalinators.
Since the company's beginnings we have always worked with precast concrete, which was traditionally poured on site. By doing so we are also able to make significant economic savings, reduce the projects' deadlines and improve the quality of any prefabricated project.
Once we have received our clients' requirements and needs, PACADAR's Building Construction Department's Technical Office proceeds to analyse them, proposing and developing the most appropriate design to suit said needs and incorporating the most suitable elements.
